This little sunny island in the Croatian Adriatic sea is a destination wedding spot on many locations lists. It’s the sunniest place in Croatia where one of Croatia’s best wines is made. Its hillsides are covered in pine forests, with vineyards, olive groves, fruit orchards and lavender fields in the agricultural areas. Elaine and Matt had a lovely ceremony in Hvar’s St. Mark’s courtyard followed by a dinner the popular Bonj Les Bains beach club. St Mark’s is a wonderful choice for a ceremony as it is located right in the town of Hvar, while offers the luxury of total privacy while being in the center. Great restaurants are just a short walk away.
